Congratulations for your first screencast!
I found that the sound was not very clear. I had some difficulties to understand, probably because I’m not a native speaker.
Anyway, I think that screencasts are great for how-tos and tutorials.

I think part of the problem was I was coming down with a cold so my voice wasn’t sounding right. I might re-record the audio part later.
