I’ve been working with Redmine and ChiliProject for a few years now, both for my own business and also as a consultant for my clients’ businesses. All of this exposure has let me see how different groups use Redmine and also where they misuse Redmine (sometimes unknowingly).
The biggest thing I’ve learned from all of this is that Redmine can be configured in an infinite number of ways.
And there are also an infinite number of ways to screw things up and make Redmine more of a burden than a help. :)
