Eric,

Is this related to Feature Request 157? Will work resume soon?

If so, my team would be willing to help with development. We currently use RedmineBacklogs, but we also have used Greenhopper in the past and prefer Greenhopper, but the team has outgrown our license agreement.

I'm using Red Andy (http://www.redmine.org/projects/redmine/wiki/ThemeRedAndy) theme. It is open source one. Though I am still thinking about creating a new custom theme - only when I finally find some time. But before that still I have to move to Chiliproject from current Redmine.

Not easily. It's a major change to the layout and CSS so it isn't really easy to keep separate.

The design is based on the Shane & Peter design plugin, which has been used on Redmine for a few years now. I don't provide any support for it but you might be able to use it if you want a similar design.

No. This is primarily focused on prioritizing cross-project issues. I have been working on a different view of the data that organizes issues by project but it's not complete and doesn't allow editing at this time.
